This EX Pm who is now a mere back bencher, who is on a tour of America because he knows he has burnt his bridges in the UK ,is still under investigation for lying to Parliament , and is now believing his own Lies.

In december 2021 catherine west asked johnson in parliament “ Will the prime minister tell the House whether there was a party in Downing Street on 13 November?” referring to the year 2020

johnson replied:

“ No - but I am sure that whatever happened, the guidance was followed and the rules were followed at all times."

there was a party in downing street on 13 November 2020 and johnson was photographed participating in it

for those that struggle... it's the "No" bit in the above response that's the lie... because he was saying something he must have known to be untrue

No, untitled, I think that was when thanks were given to a long time member of staff for his service - but I might be wrong. Mad innit. You work day in and day out with people but stop work to thank them for what they've done and that's a party. I wonder who the liars really are.

yes naomi but downing street was in theory practising social distancing measures during working hours (which applied only to essential workers anyway) whereas having a farewell knees-up was actually illegal at the time... as is lying to parliament
