In a 5.30 press conference, Lancashire police have confirmed that the body pulled from the River Wyre yesterday, is that of missing Nicola Bulley.
A female police officer read out a statement on behalf of the family in which both ITV and Sky News were lambasted for directly contacting the family last night after news of the body had been released.

Tragic though it is, i believe it is the lesser of two evils. Had she never been found, the family would have spent the rest of their lives wondering. At least they can now lay to rest the poor woman.
