They would have culled him over my dead body!! A ridiculous consideration and I'm not surprised it didn't get off the ground. It's the sort of thing they do in backward countries and see it through, not civilised countries.

I won't get it, but I wouldn't mind a general acknowledgement that those of us who objected to lockdown and other idiocies were not loony 'granny killers' (I'm a granny) and threatening everyone's health. I got called all sorts of stuff - including by one or two on here who should have known better.
