It seems Fair fuel founder Cox is to stand at the Mayoral election under the Reform banner.

Will he win or just split the vote and allow Khan in again?

If Cox ousted Khan he would be elected to superhero and candidate for PM. overnight by most non ethnic Londoners. Khans plans to solve his inept management of Tfl funds would affect most Home county drivers and eventually with the pay by mile to drive the rest of the nation.
All Khan is used for is an Ethnic poster boy. All he is fit for is handing out prizes at children's fancy dress not watching baseball matches in America whilst 'fact finding' at tax payers expense. Meanwhile about eleven black on black murders have occurred in the East end of London since Friday and as Commissioner for Crime in London he says and does nothing. A damned disgrace. Go for it Cox and best of luck.

The problem is the number of non ethnic in London is decreasing all the time.
Gromit Reality check. Reform are not going to win the London Mayoral election.
They have precisely zero elected representatives on the London Assembly.
They got 1% of the votes.
Khan got elected with over 1,000,000 votes, the UKiP candidate got 14,000.

They simply do not have the support. All they will do is split the Conservative vote, allowing Khan to be re-elected.
//Khan got elected with over 1,000,000 votes,//

Wonder how many of those were rigged.
The Conservative candidate was a gentleman of colour too, (they are after all the ones who cheat), so he probably rigged just as many votes as Khan.
Surely Khan is unlikely to get more than a handful of votes after all the fiascos he is responsible for, so not in a position to be let in by anything. Maybe Cox can call for the abolition of the role should he get in. It's been nothing but a disaster since it was created.
OG,
Agreed. There was that horrendous 8 years when Boris Johnson was in charge, but no one noticed he was useless ;-)
They all were. Some worse than others. IMO such city mayors all tend to be.
