and when they cant fill the targets quota's, what then no ethnics want to join..err oh well we tried, and then the backlash when white people sign up, or they lower the iq test to fill the quota, that could be dangerous for jets mechanics and all sundry of avionics safety, always cooks cleaners drivers.

It is absolutely ridiculous to choose people purely on ethnicity, skilled personnel are required. As apprentice aircraft mechanics were told when I served, there are no laybys up there.
