Is It Possible To Return After Resigning As An Mp ?.
Public Majority don't want Boris Back as an MP ever. But when he made his resignation speech he said "Very sad to be leaving Parliament. At least for Now".
Which prompted speculation of a future return. Meanwhile several Tory MPs have applied to stand for the Tory safe seat at Henly on Thames and have been refused implying it has been reserved. For who ??? .......Please God... No.

All have different view as to who's least worse, and all politicians are inevitably flawed (well they think their suited to politics, for one).
As for returning; politicians have had returns before now, so no reason to assume it can't happen again. Maybe it depends on who wins the Tory civil "special political operation".
Have they been refused by party mandarins or the local party ?
Still waiting for Frosty to be offered a seat.

I guess it depends which 2 of the 3 resigning MPs were appointed
first. There are 2 "office of profit under The Crown" in use, Crown Stewardships of the Chiltern Hundreds, and the Manor of Northstead. appointment to either disqualifies the holder from being an MP; however if Boris was appointed first, he will already have been replaced by one of the other two.

its hard for a party to get the majority let a lone a single person within the party because anyone who isnt tory would say no and even some tories themselves would say no so its actually surprising the figure isnt higher than 56 because that means almost half the public would welcome him back a whopping 44 percent might i add
it depends on what the commons does...
johnson has not been suspended because he resigned first... in order for it to happen parliament would need to pass a motion implementing the recommendations of the privileges committee and insisting that the suspension be served
if that motion did pass then if johnson returned to parliament (he obviously wants to) then he would be suspended before he even set foot in the place and be faced with a possible recall petition and by-election
so yes it is possible and how possible it is depends on how hard the commons makes it for him!!
