Prigozhin Drops A Truth Bomb …
… and the Kremlin retaliates?

It’s one thing mouthing off about how awful your defence ministry is, but telling the truth about Donetsk, and slaying the myth swallowed by so many even in the west about Ukraine attacking civilians there since 2014?
And now on his Telegram channel tonight he’s claiming that his camp was hit by a missile from the direction of Russia, with “many dead”.
Pondering how to react.
Great news?

Was it ever a coup or was it a special leadership operation?

Supposedly cheering them Naomi.
The whole episode is weird even by Russian standards.
Several aspects lead one to suspect the whole thing was a setup between them: for example the high profile media coverage when you’d think they’d want to be quiet about the fact an armed convoy is advancing toward Moscow! And Putin going on live TV when previously he’s been pretty well absent when any crisis has appeared to occur. And Prigozhin seemed to get awfully easy access to the military chiefs in Rostov. And then suddenly: crisis over apparently,
But I’m a simple soul and I reckon what we apparently saw was genuinely a stand off. I don’t see what either has to gain by some sort of staged charade.
