If you want a decent debate you need to stop being silly. To support a charge of perjury it must be shown that the defendant was wilfully making a material statement which is false and must know that it is false or does not believe it to be true. I have not followed the Spacey proceedings but because he was acquitted does not mean that witnesses or his accusers committed perjury.
To show how ridiculous your contention is, consider the statistics on rape charges. Around 25% of those accused of rape are acquitted. Are you suggesting that all the complainants in those cases are charged with perjury? How do you believe that will influence whether a rape victim reports the crime?
