I'm not arguing about the legal presumption of innocence at all. I accept that in legal proceedings the accused is considered innocent until a court determines otherwise. I've never said any different.
However, that presumption only applies to legal proceedings. So let's try another question: do you consider that only those convicted by a court can be considered guilty of any wrongdoing? By "guilty" I don't mean "found guilty", I mean actually responsible for the commission of a crime.
