Poor residents. Their basements are used as urinals due to lack of sufficient toilet facilities.
After all these years the organisation is a shambles and people are herded along in pens like cattle. They will never close it down and we know why!
London .....It is normal..... to be expected.... Not a safe place to be in.
How does the crime rate per 100,000 attendees compare to the crime rate per 100,000 over the rest of that year?

You forgot to mention the 'dips' but I suppose the police don't bother to record those crime figures these days. Back in the 70's when I had the misfortune to attend these joyous events the public, who had been dipped, were invited to attend the Station yard of the 0ld Nottingdale nick. There would be a mountain of purses and wallets in the middle and the victims were allowed to rummage through them in the hope they might retrieve their stolen property intact.
Some very sad cases where losers only wanted to retrieve some close family photos and didn't care about the theft of their money.
...Hallelujah.
