Ellipsis, yes, I'd be looking at the builders of the car park but also at the owners of the terminal, who must have had some say in where the park was built: did they exercise due diligence? They I would have thought have a duty of care to the passengers who pass through and to the vehicles they bring.

Plenty of scope for the hard-working prosecutor.
