Izzard will be in the USA for much of next year so would hardly be in a position to carry out any 'constituency duites', so it's no surprise someone else was chosen.

Anyway, I seem to remember him (along with many other "celebrities") threatening to quit the UK if we left the EU, so why is he still here at all, let alone campaigning to become a Parliamentary candidate.

well regardless as i say the good news here is that a much better candidate was selected over her... i would be quite happy to be presented with a candidate like tom gray. I hope labour have plenty more like him... in fact at the moment i choose to be optimistic that they do!

Regardless of what Suzy Eddie would prefer, the fact remains that, he will always be a 'he' regardless of his 'feels' on the matter.

His ridiculous posing and failure to actually live in his proposed constituency (ditto Sheffield, last time) have been seen through by the wise folk of Brighton who rightly rejected having a sub-par pantomime dame as their possible MP.
