The Netherlands (an EU member I believe) participated in this. But the EU is not a military power so it can't do anything. Your obsession with the EU is pushing you off course

I think The Netherlands has spoken out independently, but they are heading for Nexit anyway.

Several other EU countries  one being Denmark have issued a joint statement in support of this and why wouldn't they. Their EU membership doesn't prevent them from participating militarily should it be needed

As far as Orban and the EU and Ukraine is concerned the EU is apparently trying  to counteract that by simply allowing individual countries to send aid and claim it back. Ultimately I believe they have the power to exclude Hungary from the voting. However I thought I heard that Orban was coming round: possibly because of the above.

On the bombing of Ansar Allah, you would hope - I've no idea if I'm right - that the allies would be conducting attacks that will actually work - and not just a sabre rattling exercise

The latest Kiel Trade Indicator released Thursday shows the European Union’s imports dropped 3.1% in December from the previous month and exports were down 2%. In Germany, the world’s No. 3 exporter, imports fell 1.8% and exports were off 1.9%.
