Election denier and Trump enabler Tucker Carlson is going to interview Putin. Can we expect anything balanced from this, or pro Russia, anti NATO propaganda for the digestion of the American electorate?

No, it won't: do you know anything about Tucker Carlson? He is a known Kremlin shill. This interview will be along the lines of Assange's notorious love-in with the leader of Hezbollah on RT some years ago. It'll be very damaging pro-Kremlin propaganda, beamed live to Americans no doubt at a critical time.

Interestingly, Ukraine appears to have started systematically destroying Russia's 32 large oil terminals. Several have already been taken out by drones necessitating months of repair work: these facilities have always appeared to be vulnerable to air attack: it's almost as if the Ukrainians have decided to ignore any previous US advice not to tough them ... in the circumstances.

It does look at though Congress may not pass the  Ukraine upport bill at all now, as the Republicans have been pressured into shafting Biden's border control Bill, quite openly as an electoral tactic, which is beyond shameful really. All this at  a time when Putin is making a desperate pre-"election" push on Avdiivka and with a huge assauly expected on Kupiansk, with Ukraine's artillery capacity at least temporarily depleted.

Yes I am aware of Carlson but it never hurts to listen to other points of view.  Despite what people accuse me of here I do read across the board (Yup even the Guardian sometimes) more than most of you lefties do I bet.

tucker carlson does not believe anything that he says. he got caught out saying so on a hot mic as i recall and that is why he got let go. he believes in nothing other than his own media career... he'll tell any lie that comes with a big enough price tag.

there is no value at all in such a person interviewing vladimir putin... all it is is propaganda by a genocidal power with a hope to tipping the election. ridiculous.
