Can't believe some of the comments.  OK, he's in the wrong but he's a child tomus42.  What were you doing at that age - collecting scraps?  Another comment about seeing over the windscreen.  My 11 year old grandson is 5'6"

I was always much taller than everyone else in my class but the average age of an 11 year old boy is 4'6

My boys are taller than me and my wife is one foot shorter. When the children were at home she said she said she was a Lilliputian

I am five foot and back in the day had very short hair and drove a 1966 Vauxhall Victor estate, bench seat, column change.  I had to have a settee cushion to sit on and one behind me so I could reach - and was stopped by the police several times as they thought I was a young lad.

It's usually travellers who nick caravans and they usually drive expensive vehicles paid for no doubt through dodgy tarmacing and thieving.

The owner has since said she saw her caravan being hitched and driven away and there were two people.

If the boy belongs to the community I suspect he does then I doubt if he spends much time (if any) in a school.
