Yep: the US embassy warned of a terrorist attack in the Moscow are area some weeks back: latest reports say 40 dead over 100 injured.

More than likely a false flag operation by Putin.He only got 87% of the vote in the presidential elections last week,he was hoping for 99.9% of the vote.This is his revenge on his own people.

absolutely horrifying event. ordinary russians did not start the war and cannot realistically do much about it 

we also cannot discount the possibility that this horrible attack was carried out by the russian government... it would not be the first time that putin's regime conducted terror attacks on its own population e.g. the 1999 apartment bombings are widely suspected to have been authorised by him
