Who are they trying to influence and who do they think will take any notice? Its probably the same idiots who like to jump on any leftwing bandwagon that comes their way.

Helps them keep their own culture/beliefs rather than integrate. Helps brainwash the new generation. Lets them have a go at the Jewish community. Pushes the apparent, "Your native culture must change to ours", agenda. Gives them something to occupy their mind while fasting. Probably other reasons too.

No point - totally deluded with nothing better to occupy them.

No point at all.  It won't change anything - but it's not just London.  US university students are hard at it too.

They should all be careful what they wish for.

They have no point to them. They are a bunch of self righteous " i am always right " fools who try to get as much attention and sympathy as they can.

It gives all the terrorist sympathisers something wring their hands over.

34,000 Palestinians have been killed. Perhaps they don't want anymore to be massacred. Most UK politicians are showing a blind eye, but people on the streets shows that not everyone doesn't care.

demonstrations should be and are lawful

(I think) there is a licensing system and the palestians got there first - - The pro-Israelis are unlikely to register for a demo carrying dustbins lids ( to sound like bombs falling on Gaza) and banners " stop the massacre of thousands on 7 Oct"

Vietnam 1968 - there was I as a schoolboy against Vietnam and I did kinda wonder what was the point of  marching in London ( 250 000 mind)

If Oswald Mosley or a certain Mr Schicklegruber came back nowadays they would be rubbing their hands in glee.

I wonder what the Battle of Cable Street commemorations will look like this year? Will Corbyn be in attendance,i wonder, along with his weasel words?

Ynna, the demographic appears to have changed out of all recognition since then.

Is there a commemoration this year?

Who was it said: "Silence gives consent."

More than 34,000 Palestinians dead.  To stay silent in the face of such butchery would be shameful.

Do you go on protest marches, sandyRoe?

Yes.

Ok.

The Greenham Common women protested/camped out there for years. Did they achieve anything? I think not. Fools.

Whoever said "silence gives consent"- wasn't it Harvey Weinstein?

would their protests be more effective if they took them to Tel Aviv, or Rafah? it's been 6 months, neither side is listening to noises coming from the British, the EU..... or the UN.
