Because it suits the narrative.....I bet loads of those who took to the streets would be surprised to find themselves 'smeared' as being (far) right-wing.Being concerned about what is happening in your locale does not a neo-nazi make.

“ why dont the government ask for communities where these riots are happening to elect a spokeperson to air their views,”

Spokesperson: ( new MP eelecte d for schlock-ville) blah de blah yakkety yak

Minister ( also new elected) - get into that lobby ! that is what we call a sheep pen in the Palace of Westminster

Ministers flunkey to spokesperson - the interview  is now at an end - this way please....

^^ Another voice of sly unreason. They were calling people like me far right long before the unrest inevitably broke out. Meehh.

You know when you are over the right target when the gobbldeygook generators fire up. Another thread about to be reduced to puerile irrelevence by the usual culprit.

The climate protestors were put on prison. The rioters should be put in prison. The rioters were worse than the climate disruptors so hopefully their prison sentences will be longer. We're going to need a bigger prison ...

Togo 20.14  That was a wonderful post.  It says what all of us would say, allowing for differences in circumstances and growing-up.  Thank you.

This mainstream protest is being demonised as 'Far-right'.  What else are people to do? Elections don't bring the results we want - or not as yet.

We are being impoverished to enrich illegal moneygrabbers.  Effectively, it is theft of our assets which were put aside to pay for all of us and keep our country's economy thriving.

And we are classed as 'Far-Right' for objecting? No wonderthere are riots...........if I were younger............

Oh OK ... so rioting against the Conservative and now Labour governments is fine as long as you agree with them ... but if you disagree with them, like climate disruptors, then they're an anti-democratic scourge on society ...

Bear in mind, these riots were whipped up by anti-democratic social media influences, many of them anti-British, e.g. Russian ...

Ellipsis - it doesn't really matter as to who 'whipped-up' the original cause of the protests does it?  The point is that it has acted as a catalyst.  People are 'cheesed-off', 'let down', 'unrepresented', 'being ignored', 'being used', 'being impoverished', 'being overlooked', 'being used as milch cows' -etc. etc. to the benefit of people who no-one wants here; to people who are (by their very means of arrival) ILLEGAL in our country.  They've had enough.

so what are the solutions if any, radicals solutions will never be used as may cause offence, and we can't have that ahem.. don't no why they are attacking police unless that was the original goal, if it's about migrants should they not be protesting near downing st or wesminster, oh there is no one there, summer break etc, government won't listen anyway, illegals are all doctors nurses engineers or future labour voters.

You either agree with the ballot box, or you don't. You can't have it both ways.

Well thank you all for your answers so far, I was expecting a bit of sqealing from the the usual anti British lefties and they did not disappoint. I am heartened though by the amount of you that see what is going on. The media and standard left wing types are all putting this down to being 100% right wingers but many of us can see it's merely the tip of an iceberg of discontent wth the madness that is happening in our country. The murders are were just a catalyst.

fender - the solutions are what we pay politicians an awful lot of money to find. Seems to be wasted, methinks.

The answer is to stop the boats - but mainstream ideas have not so far succeeded.  A policy of immediately towing those boats back to mid-channel and pointing them at France might  succeed - it might also lead to unnecessary deaths, which no-one wants.  But I don't think we have very much leeway left to find a solution until there will be open insurrection in this country. It's showing its roots now.

This is a case of failed politics - and politicians are to blame.  They failed to recognise the extent of the problem; they failed to find a solution; they quailed before radical political solutions - now we have thuggery leading understandable protest.

All ofus are stuck with the result.

Question Author

21:28 I accept the result that does not mean I agree with it.

It does (or should) mean that you don't riot and don't condone people that do riot ...

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cervv8rz8mzo

300 mainly Asian men stormed police

"but within half an hour, about 300 people, who mostly had their faces covered with black face masks or balaclavas, charged towards the building.

They began shouting "Allahu Akbar" - a phrase meaning God is greatest - as they arrived at one side of the town hall, where a separate group had gathered waving England flags.

Live updates as disorder and unrest hits towns and cities across England

Police officers in full riot gear, with batons raised, were swiftly joined by a line of horses.

At one point, amid a further cry of "Allahu Akbar", eggs were thrown at the officers, before the group began charging around streets in the town centre.

So not the troublemakers are far-right

^ not ALL the troublemakers...

If you can't, or don't want to watch this whole 15 minute video (recommended) please fast forward at least to the end (2 or 3 minutes) where a clergyman makes an incisive summing up of where we are now.

Think for yourself, Khandro, don't amplify more social media claptrap ... you can see how unhelpful that has been so far, surely ...

!^^ Another voice of sly unreason." -

"They were calling people like me far right long before the unrest inevitably broke out." - and so that means they must be wrong? righto ! -

another sly voice of unreason. but who reads my posts? and who understands them?

Question Author

ellipsis: "It does (or should) mean that you don't riot and don't condone people that do riot ..." - I have not condoned anything. I'm just trying to comprehend. I simply say this is not a purely right wing action as is portrayed by the media and their lefty followers. This is a general activity from a dissaffected population. The murders were the catalyst. People of all political hues are frustrated by the invasion and the economic hari kari that is occuring. We cancel Winter fuel payments yet give £11bn to foriegn "climate change" efforts. But that's a drop in the ocean to what the bill will be for the madness of "net zero".
