There will certainly be many sinister hands with fingers in the pie. UK stirrers are obviously involved, then people worldwide who would like to continue their work of weakening the EU and weakening the UK. Then all those who want a big showdown with Islam.

Whoever is stirring things, whether it's Tommy Robinson supporters, foreign governmemts or just people who've had enough of being ignored by all parties on illegal immigration and two tier policing, I think it's unlikely any of the rioters are Tories- they are primarily working class, will almost  voted Labour, Reform or (in the case of the Muslim Defence League voted for Labour or a pro Palestine Muslim independent), or didn't bother to vote at all.

William 14.27 These riots are being funded by someone or some party Obviously .Even if they are supposedly organised by Tommy Robinson .  Someone is funding him.And these riots seem to have been planned well in advance in case Labour won the GE...So I will let you have your own thoughts on that one

No matter what triggered the riots or who incited them they wouldn't have happened if there wasn't extreme disquiet about the effect of immigration. And it's not just thugs who are worried.
