To stop a jumped up little dictator from using it as a private force to do his/her own bidding. People mock the idea of our quaint tradition of keeping a ruling monarch. How wrong they are. It is not the power that the monarch has which is important. It is the power that the King or Queen prevents from falling into the hands of someone with no restraints. The left wing wet dream.
The power may presently reside with the monarch, even then one can never rule out a split between royal supporters and parliamentary supporters, but it need not be that way if the system was written such that it didn't need an unelected third leg to have a final decision. The monarchy is a remaining relic of past power sharing.
Good afternoon,
Labour has been in power for just 34 days, what would the Tories have done that Labour have not?
Also, the riots are due to a tweet that stated the murderer of those little girls in Southport was a muslim and or an illegal immigrant.
Therefore, the first riot started, it has then been jumped on and spread around the country by racist groups like the EDL who is using social media to raise more riots using the most atrocious language to describe people of colour and then goes on to tell them what part of the country they are going to be in next to 'get them'
So please spread your wisdom and share with us what the current should do and how the Tories would have done it better?
It was the trigger, but it almost doesn't matter what it was, it could heve been something else. The George Floyd incident was enough to spark of world-wide riots, in that case from the black community feeling they were hard done by. It was out of all proportion to the incident itself.
There is enormous disquiet about immigration lying under the surface in Britain. Any government who fails to address the issue is storing more problems.
Saying the 'Hard Left Thugs' will be brought to justice is not enough.
'The wife of a Tory councillor has been arrested for hate crimes after she called for hotels with asylum seekers in them to be set ablaze.
Lucy Connolly, 41, took to X (formerly Twitter) writing: “Mass deportation now, set fire to all the *** hotels full of the b******* for all I care... If that makes me racist, so be it.”
She has since deleted the tweet and apologised, claiming she had acted on “false and malicious” information. But a number of people made complaints to the police about her allegedly inciting violence.
Northamptonshire Police confirmed on Tuesday night that a 41-year-old woman had been arrested on suspicion of inciting racial hatred and remains in custody.'
How did she think posting that was going to end?
