many injured, and now deaths are being reported. Hezbollah are calling it a security breach, and are blaming Israel. if that is indeed the case, how was it possible?

Oh good grief!  I don't know how.

Oh,dear, what a shame, never mind.Mossad doesnt take no prisoners from these terrorist bastrads.

fake news?

Did you watch the video dave?

It reminded me of the tv drama I recorded months ago but watched recently - Trigger Point.

Scary

Go Israel,go Mossad.

How was it possible? Speculation only   ...   Israel somehow had control of the manufacture of the pagers, or substituded pagers that they had prepared for genuine ones. The prepared pagers all had an explosive charge hidden in the case. When they thought it was necessary they were able to detonate the explosive with a one time call or signal. It would probably have been set up have been long ago. Possibly years given that the pagers were distributed widely and trusted by Hezbollah.

What video, ynna?

The suggestion/rumour is that someone got Hezbollah to upgrade their pagers to a "new model" 😉 and then someone sent a signal to explode them.

Not that I can confirm any of that but... it seems plausible.

Ah, I see Togo beat me to it.

@17.38.Yes,aunty,high time the Israelis took a bit of revenge for the 7th October attacks.Long may it continue. No,the Jews never forget the holocaust, unlike some on here.

//A former British Army munitions expert, who asked not to be named, told the BBC the devices would have likely been packed with between 10 to 20 grams each of military-grade high explosive, hidden inside a fake electronic component.
This, said the expert, would have been armed by a signal, something called an alphanumeric text message.
Once armed, the next person to use the device would have triggered the explosive.//

I wonder if any will explode in London or Birmingham or Rotherham? That would cause a kerfuffle for sure.

Togo, they would say the pagers had mental disorders and lessons will be learned.
