does that mean that  the fiscal reform is reversed automatically or does it need a motion in parliament put forward by the prime minister ( or premier ministre) - or head of the gubmint? oops they dont have one of those !

After the collapse of the the French parliamentary system we now have an explosion at the Hague. Not a virtual one a real one.  Collapsed building 20 people missing, 3 dead, multiple people hospitalised. Europe is either falling apart or being dismantled by evil.
