I don't see how leaving the EUSSR can be a lie.

Heseltine has always been a VBQC.

Lord Heseltine says he is appalled with Brexit .I don't believe  for an instant  that Britain should accept the verdict of a pack of lies that was paraded by certain people in order to persuade voters we had to sever our Relationship with Europe...I Agree with Lord Heseltine ...A Tory Talking sense .

You've a lot to thank  Mrs Thatcher for, gulliver.

//Lord Heseltine told the BBC: “The creation of the single market was Margaret Thatcher’s greatest achievement.//

13.57 You told enough of them on the build up to brexit .    Me old china

Do you actually know anything about who supports the EU?

Of course you agree with Heseltine - he says the things with which you agree.

He's always been self-serving and will forever be a minor footnote (for all the wrong reasons) in Britain's political history.

can you give some examples of these alleged porkies?

Question Author

14.03 Naomi Wrong again ..Margaret Thatchers greatest achievement  was her Resignation.

so no examples then?

It depends on how much the EU pays out to us to rejoin the EU gulliver,my boss is due at least a couple of hundred thousand from the Brussells mob.

Gulliver I have asked you this many times before, the last time was yesterday at 11.44 on your post 'UK Moves Closer'. and you didn't reply. Perhaps instead of ranting on about a subject you could actually prove everybody wrong by answering a question.

The question I asked is: Gulliver I have asked you this before but received no answer, so will have another go.  Why do you, who purports to live in a foreign country, wish for the UK to go under the rule of one of the most Undemocratic organisations in the world. An organisation that is controlled by two major countries, who put their interests in front of the interests of the other members. An organisation who have never balanced their books and control what other members can or cannot do?

Gulliver, I didn't say it - Lord Heseltine said it.  That makes him wrong on more than one count then.

Gramps85, you're wasting your time. gullivers sole purpose on this site is to be an acceptable troll and raise the number of replies by posting statements designed to do just that. He has no intention of having a coherrant discussion nor answering pertinent questions.

is he still alive???

The reason Heseltine is so passionate about being in the EU is among other things, he the owner of what he calls an 'arboretum' which is just another word for land covered in trees, and from which he gained a handsome  income from subsidies for doing nothing other that keeping it as it is, which is exactly what he wants to do anyway.

It was money for old rope, I feel his pain so much. 😢

Well, well, Khandro. Politics of envy?

Vulcan. I agree, the man, and I assume Gulliver is a man, does nothing to enhance the quality of discussions on AB. His contributions are only about the EU and Boris, which I believe shows the level of his intelligence, which I think is confirmed by his lack of ability to follow up his postings with answers.
