what an insensitive and ignorant thing to say wildwood. the fact that the animals that steve worked with are not extinct is a credit to his memory and certaintly not in spite of the man he was. he worked hard for the animals that no one considers cute and helped the world to understand them a little better so that we could appreciate them more instead of fearing and killing.
as for the comments that his baby stunt was "stoopid" steve was raised with crocs and alligators. a lot of families here have family pets, a dog could easily turn nasty and attack, he knew what he was doing and to say that he would seriously put his child in danger is ignorant.

he was an incredible man that will be missed.
