Does anyone know where I can find EU legislation concerning electronics production?

This site is the "The portal to European Union law" but it's pretty big: you may find it easier to search by keyword for the things you need than anyone else: http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/en/index.html

You could also contact the European Information Centre which is based at the Queen Mary & Westfield University at Mile End, London, although I am not sure how far they can help.
