Hear hear - and yes, without a shadow of a doubt this evil woman should be tried for perjury and should serve a long sentence.

However, no doubt there will be certain perople on this site who will decry the decision for the simple reason it is in The Daily Mail.

however there is nothing to stop this evil woman from changing her name and doing the same again
As I said earlier, in respect of that murderer who was just retried and convicted for a murder 20(?) years ago, the penalties for perjury should be very flexible, and related to the offence the perjury was committed over.

So in this case, she should be tried, and if guilty, the same penalty as for rape should be applied.
