Is this govt. making preparations to support an attack on Iran

There is a deliberate purpose to this madness. For weeks the people of the UK have witnessed the blatant demonisation of Islam. Evereyday in the papers we see reports of how the muslims are not inclusive. Islam is being demonised. Now comes the information (with no evidence) that Al Qaida is highly organised and that we are the main target. This is purely designed to instill fear into the population and prepare us for when our mass murdering PM supports and helps a attack on Iran [edited by ABED].

I think this question highlights an important point. More and more I see a dark anti-semetic town amoungst anti-war, or pro Islam quarters. At the moment it comes out in comments like ''zionist'', or that the USA is dealing with islam on behalf or Israel. Well you are welcome to your theories and you are in good company, a well know Austrian, leader or Germany who has been dead for about 60 years would whole heartidly agree with you that the Jews are behind everything. I would click on the report this question, but I would prefer people to see it and make up their own mind.

For a different perspective, may I recommend a book called 'The Trouble with Islam Today' by Irshad Manji. This devout Muslim describes how even mainstream Islam has in her view been diverted from its true course. The book is addressed to fellow Muslims, but is interesting and thought-provoking to others.

Hmmm, why is every task force sent to sort trouble out in the middle east, labelled an attack on islam. The reason we are going to stabalise Iran is, because the guy in charge there is building nuclear weapons and already stated he intends to use them. I know all you do-gooders out there will just say 'let him do it, its not our problem'. But it becomes our problem. I disagree that the government is trying to install fear into the country. there is clearly another attack imminent. All they are doing is pre-warning people and making them aware to be extra vigilent. We now face the threat of home grown terrorists, which is extremely difficult for our security services.
