Man jailed for four fire murders - Face covered

When the picture of the man who killed four people in a fire after getting out of prison, why was the side of his face around his temple covered up and pixalated on the news last night?

I think it was because he was posing for a id parade. It maybe a recent scar so they tried to cover it.

It was "one down" in 2001 when he got only 7 years for battering a woman to death with a hammer.

He got out after only 3 years. THREE YEARS !!!!.

If he had served his full (short) sentecne he would not have been able to commit this current awful crime.
