Viable theory or not.
It has just been mentioned to me that Al-Qaeda could be behind the Suffolk murders. Initially, I thought of it as hogwash but the more i think about it............................
1) They have picked on London already and Suffolk is not too far away.
2) Suffolk has a small police force so detection would be initially harder.
3) It has crippled their Police force (and hence digging at our national economy)
4) It has made many Britons feel scared just before our major Christian festival.
5) Islam is vehemently against prostitution
6) 5 non-muslims have died.
7) The biggest news story since the London Underground attacks, hence media coverage.
8) Al-Qaeda are quite mad.
Any comments?

Given that Bin Laden wasn't even focused on attacking US targets then, just seems a wee bit incongruous.
Other thing- Al Qaeda always seem to go for the big stunt, i.e. blown up trains, planes into buildings, suicide bomber in crowded market. Attacking Ipswich surely ain't their style. I mean, come on...Ipswich?

While not saying there IS a link with Al-Qaeda, it is very strange for any one person to kill so many people over such a short period.
Often a murderer does one, then lies low for a while, then does another, as the Yorkshire Ripper did.
There is certainly something very strange about these murders (apart from the fact they ARE murders)
