It flew over Hampshire on Saturday too, at supersonic speed no less. I thought a bomb had exploded, they are not normally allowed to fly at supersonic speeds over land (even though it used to frighten the bjesus out of me when you hear them at sea). You flight was going to Museum of Flight in Seattle, all the others will be zooming to various other spots around the world where they will rot in various similar atttractions.
The last one is on November 17th from Heathrow to Filton - then that's it.
i'm pretty sure two concorde left heathrow (i am very close to it) between 11.30pm and midnight last night, i dont mind the noise if i get to seem em but taking off in the middle of the night is cheating.
It is a bit mean treacle, but it was probably done to keep the massive crowds away.

The last 2 are (or should!) be morning flights - 10th Nov to New York - and the last ever (date changed) 26th Nov back to Filton.

Give her a wave for me!

certainly will cetti, we've always laughed at ourselves as we say "oh look, it's concorde AGAIN" but i will miss it.
