That's a fair point. I reckon about 30% of the 'PC gone mad' stories we read about are made up - ie complete fabrication by some Mail or Express journalist without any grain of truth behind it whatsoever.
Then you've got another 30% that are based on some element of truth but which have been distorted and exaggerated by some Mail or Express journalist to make a good scaremongering story.
That still leaves 40% which are accurate, and it's only right that these ones are held up for ridicule as the halfwitted damaging tripe that they so often are, in my opinion.
