Glasgow has just won the right to host the Commonwealth Games. Are we in danger of getting Games fatigue?

Sighs

I think it was better when cambus and I were talking about hairy mints. At least that was friendly.
Glad your spelling was ok!!
I'm stuck on one of those bl00dy automated bill payment things, I just want to speak to a f**king human!
Oh! I only just got that... CAMBUS!
That WOULD have been an interesting discussion.
Sorry about the thread again Gromit, she can't help herself at times.
Me?! The day you look wide eyed and innocent on here is the day I eat a mint covered in dog hair!

However yes, that would have made a most interesting and worrying discussion.
.................and when YOU become a shrinking violet!!
I'm just being friendly... Plus I'm hoping they'll be some guests at the wedding you haven't upset!
Can't be many left, maybe its your attitude, I can't keep on making excuses for you.
I think you'll have to cut down on your drinking.

Naomi may still be interested, just as long as you don't upset her.
If I cut down on my drinking I won't collect enough bottles to put the home brew in for the reception. You really should be helping me there.

I think Naomi likes you really and wants to marry you for herself, much like 4get and redcrx, personally I think the main problem is your flirtatious behaviour.
You can't use that as an excuse.
The home brew can be put out in large buckets, they can then help themselves. We'll probably need some pint glasses, I'll bring a few home from the pub each night.

Naomi sounds nice, but I think her blonde moments would get me down.
I don't think 4get and redcrx are on speaking terms with me, after that run in we had. Still waiting for an apology. Maybe you can have a word with them, with your chav gear on, no violence though.
Luckily you intervened that day, to stop it turning nasty, funny how you just happened to be there.
Never flirted in my life, much too wide eyed and innocent!
Large buckets? That's a bit classy love, you'll be suggesting ice next. I stole a few of the neighbours wheelie bins to use instead. The added bonus is that the home brew will clean them nicely for when I return them to said neighbours. Could you also bring home some half pint glasses for the girls? I have swirley straws.

As I recall you were discussing our future living plans and large family with the WWW so I thought I'd offer some support before you started upsetting them by saying they couldn't babysit. Beggers can't be choosers you know. But I'm glad you count yourself lucky when I'm around dear.

Too wide eyed and innocent to flirt? I'm too shy to.
Wheelie bins sound about right, should add to the taste and give it an extra kick.
Can't the girls make do with pint glasses, are they soft or what?

I do recall a different version of events with 4get and redcrx that day, but no matter, I'm sure they'll enjoy the swirley straws with their pints.

Speaking of luck, I see you're in legends good books again, what more could a girl want?
Blimey, someone was up late/early.

The gals are not soft, they're suffasticated, know wot I mean?

Oh have you invited them then? I honestly don't recall, I just know that you put your footdown most masterfully over your concerns regarding hamster babysitting let alone children babysitting. I of course will go along with whatever you say on the matter, docile little thing that I am.

Am I? That really is suprising!
FFS... I answered this already too this morning.

The Doll apppears to be out of favour or in someones bad books. Can't imagine who that might be... What a Numptey (not you obviously).
4get sounds soft and cuddly and would probably be on her best behaviour.
Will invite her later.
Not sure about redcrx, I think she has a bit of a temper and is liable to tell me to stuff the invitation, or words to that effect.
A different approach is probably required, may have to spend some money on flowers or chocolates.

Anyway, I was the innocent party in all this, you sure know how to twist things round.

You should stay out of certain threads, some real nastiness in there last night.
With all this talk of flowers and chocolate I think it'll be better if I'm the only woman at the wedding, saves you getting ideas.

I know how to twist things? Moi? What front you have!

Was there? I went to bed. I did stay out of it really, just said what I had to say and didn't look back. But I can guess it didn't go down too well.

So which do you prefer? The Doll of the Mucky one? So I know which to sign for on the wedding cert.
And it's our money the're spending!
Why should we all have to subsidise sportspersons, opera lovers and other "minority" interests.
Our taxes should benefit us all with prioriy on defense, education, health etc.!!!
You cheeky ******.
I wondered about that name and a couple of others, its hard to hide your style, unless you become a total moron and even then, there are some giveaways.
How many more have you got?
Its time to bare your soul.

Look on you as a good friend, a bit more at one time, won't go into that.
Feel as though I've known you a long time, hope it stays that way.
Still prefer me old China.
