In order to ease the housing crisis, minister Yvette Cooper is proposing that anyone with spare rooms, should let them out to immigrant families.
She has promised that any income derived from this scheme, will not be subject to tax, nor will it effect any other government benefits.

Would you be willing to have total strangers living in your home, especially foreigners?

Why do people ask for links and are then unable to navigate the site?

No I don't have a link to a form you can fill in, isn't it enough that I spend hours researching the story, only to be met with incredulity.

Contact your local council, ask for form H/7433/D/07.
You will then hopefully be on your way to meeting new friends from distant lands.
You don't pay tax anyway on letting out rooms. I don't know what the figure is, but if it's basically sharing the same entrance, kitchen, toilet etc, then you can do so without declaring it as extra income.
My God Bewley... The day I embrace anything you hold dear may they please cart me off to be dog food. I can't imagine living with that much hate.
Is someone taking the p---

Bewley, a.k.a. Ward-Minter in a previous life.
Referred to Catholics as scum in a recent post.
He may do it for shock value, but even so, some of his utterances, are the product of a sick and twisted mind.
It could be nearer the truth. After all this happened during WW2, when a goverment billeting officer would knock on the door, and if you had room you were forced by law to take in members of the forces, munition workers, nurses etc. from other towns.

Could these days return, and if they did what would you be able to do? I would have to turn the stately home over and live in the Lodge.
cambus get your facts right. I referred to Irish TERRORISTS as catholic scum.

Now if history serves me right the IRA tend to be catholic. If you think terrorists are not scum then may I suggest you leave your minimum wage peasant existence for a few days and go and speak with mothers who have lost children or maybe even limbs themselves. Speak with the old RUC who have had kneecaps blown off for merely being crown servants and attenpting to keep the peace. Speak with the Vets who had to put down 4 screaming horses at Eniskillin who claim it is the worse animal pain they have ever seen.

If you think I am twisted at calling such people catholic scum, then may I humbly suggest it is you who are in fact twisted. Not only twisted in mind and foul politics, but add a twist on what people say to your own sick ends.

Catholics per se are not scum and I have never uttered such nonsense.

I expect an apology, but somehow people like you will never admit that you are wrong.

So in other words I hope your burn in hell with the terrorist catholic scum you seem to support, along with your equally foul children and parents.
Nice!
Question Author
Bewlay, I do not support terrorism, nor am I a peasant on the minimum wage, a good education saw to that.

In your view of history, there was only one terrorist organisation at work, the murder of Catholics is of little consequence.

Your comments about my family, innocent in this argument, are indeed the product of a sick mind, as you have proven on this thread.

I think you may have converted quite a few people on here, to Christianity, as the thought of meeting you in hell, doesn't bear thinking about.
Now, now Wardy - your last para' is really not very nice!
There we go again mentioning "sick mind" or "twisted". Again, I ask you in a different way, 'is it really sick to depise terrorism'.?

And as for your arguing skills, well I can now safely assume you have none. All because I have not mentioned the UDF or other Loyalist movements, I am reading in to your post that you seem to think I am supporting them. Mmmmm, how presumtuous of you. By your logic, I also support Charlie Manson, The KKK and underage sex. Afterall I haven't mentioned them, so I must be a supporter.

Silly person. And oh, how right I was about the lack of a forthcoming apology when you have clearly jumped the gun in an assumption about me.

PS I won't mention a previous post about yours when you said you believe mothers of Loyalist terrorists should be introvenously fed acid in to their reproductive organs. We'll keep that one quiet!!!!

no way

its bad enough most of them are renting near me , taking up homes the brits cant get them

they raise our crime statistics no way - we are encouriging them it has to stop
this country is the pits

I have never been involved in a thread, regarding the politics in Northern Ireland. The phraseology used is more in keeping with your own demented rants, I just don't have your vicious streak. Now comes the hard part, show me the post you are referring to!
Oh dear cambus, not only do you have arguing skills akin to a spastic 6 year old, but you now fail to see sarcasm aswell.

Your thread regarding acid is directly after mine saying catholics are scum.

We can all make up stuff on here. However I elect mine with the right degree of irony and intellect. You seem to choose yours based on lies and mis-information.

Still no apology I see. Well done, your "good education" obviously failed to teach you manners.

Catholic scum, family burning in hell, spastics, the irony and the intellect?

Has the irony become so ironic, that I've missed it all?
Cambus is you avatar a picture of you? You are very pretty.
now if i could get 3 tall sexy young ladies in my 3 spare rooms paying say 1000 each a week then yep i am up for it.
I've got some spare rooms, but I wouldn't rent them out to immigrants - ever.
