Is there any hope if the next generation is being brainwashed into hatred and extremism?

There is hope if we let out a peaceful hand of intellect, and show them the right way. We need to help eachother instead of biting at eachother
I do not believe the decent and law abiding Jewish people would want to be eaten by a load of pig-stinking peasant children, to be brutally honest.

Just as a matter of interest the Palastinian authority are not happy about this show and have tried to stop it.

I recommend CNN over Sky news!
Just shows that we shouldnt jump to conclusions eh!

Isn't this sad? I can't see how there can be any hope for the future generations. Where will it all end? It's frightening. Poor kids - and poor world!
Question Author
what are you on about Peace123? What conclusions have been jumped to? So the palistianian authority aren't happy, I don't see this changes the fact that at a fundemental level, these attitudes and beliefs are widespread enough to have a kids TV program about it. I find it quite amazing also that they have a mickey mouse, a symbol of the "great satan" in the show ok they renamed it but what hypocrisy.
Not really Loosehead.

You could just as easily look at the list of films and TV programmes that UK authorities have disapproved of (Brasseye, Bad Lieutenant, South Park), and extrapolate it out to show that us Westerners are murdering, drug-taking, rapists who laugh at peadophilia.

Come on, you can do better than that.

And try not to be frightened Naomi. Have a cup of tea and a sit down.
I think we need to return to good christian values.Stoning ,thats the way forward.Or maybe more recent i think we need to drown a few folk to see if theyre witches or good christians.

As usual i think everything to do with muslims is pounced on here on answerbank.

Quinlad Sounds like you've been on something a bit stronger than a cup of tea. Anyone who doesn't see the possible implications of children being brought up to hate has his head in the sand.
Question Author
Come on Quinlad, those are not valid comparisons. This program has a target audience the equivalent of Sesame street, ie entertainment for children, they are using it to brainwash and program the next generation of homicide bombers. Your examples are adult programs that are satirical in content, often near the mark but the audience is well aware of the program makers aims.
So who to point the finger at?

The prgramme makers? The channel?

No, I know, the entire Muslim faith - despite the fact that the (Muslim) government of Palestine has publicly denounced it. But ignore that bit.
Question Author
"...... who to point the finger at"

- The program makers? certainly
- The channel for endorsing it? cerainly
- mainly though the mindset that conceives of such a thing.

It is encouraging that it has been denouced, but there is still a significant amount if support or it would not reach air.
Would you be happy being characterised as a willing viewer of Rebecca Loos tossing off a pig?
There's no need to bring pigs into this quinlasd wtf are you on about? You know they wind up the muzzies!
Question Author
I don't see how, some tart to55ing off a pig is comparable to hamas brainwashing children. Are you saying that if we watch Rebecca's antics we to will have an irrisitable urge to find pig sty? As for the "willing viewer" assignation, are you saying that somehow equates with kids willinglily watching what they think is a program for entertainment? Not sure what you're thinking here quinlad. The question is related to the intent of the makers and other aiders and abeters not the victims. You been on the magic mushrooms?
It's quite simple.

You were suggesting that a TV programme must reflect the attitudes of its viewers. In order to reach air, there must be signifianct support for it. Which in turn is an indictment of not just the programme makers, but the audience as whole.

And yet you don't seem to apply that logic to homegrown programmes.

Or would you be happy to be regarded by foreign cultures as a nation of enthusiastic pig-w*nkers?
Question Author
ahh I see, right well if we are talking about adults I would agree.

However the audience are children and as such get what the grown ups think they will find entertaining sprinkled with some propaganda. In order for programs like this to reach air they have to have enough people behind them irrespective of the final audience, ie the children.

Now with adult TV you are correct the audience would stop watching and they wouldn't bother and the whole thing would die off. With children you just have to dress it up so they find it entertaining, then you can pump whatever propaganda you like in among the puppets etc.

see?
