Dope Chambers, High court??
Can someone tell me WTF the decisions of the Olympic selectors/Athletics Association has to do with the court? You don't get footballers going to court because they've been dropped. Is this setting a dangeous precident for sport generally?

Dwain Chambers is a cheat and I hope he loses the challenge. But he does have a right to challenge.
Any governing body or trade association can have their rules challenged, if they appear to bar someone and restrain them earning unjustifiably. Chamber is claiming that the BOA rules are unjustified because they are not the same as other countries rules. Under United States, Australian or French rules, he would be free to participate for his country.
