Anyone who watched the news on BBC last night could not have been stunned by the audacious way criminals are using the system for illegal immigration, producing false documents, employing cheap labour, and running roughshod over our health and safety laws. A government response was that this would not happen if ID cards were in existance. Is this the answer?

They haven't lost the plot. This IS the plot. This is all part of the distruction of Britain project that Noo labour has been working on from day 1.
yes
The security in this country is a laughing stock. ID cards would not prevent anything, especially when illegal immigrants can now enter this country, courtesy of H.M. Armed Forces.

It certainly makes the case for ID cards as the authorities would soon know the bogus identities which can fool the person in the street but would not be possible as it could be checked against the central database.
