He has stated that he was particularly irate with the Nazi slur as he has tried to shake off his fathers image for many, many years.

Can anybody explain to me why he simply didn't change or use a different surname??

I believe Hitler has a niece in Liverpool and she changed from Hitler to Smith or something.

Possibly because a person of his high profile can never be anonymous. So he's won 60,000 but so what. Hardly punitive, even with costs, 1 million is sweet fa to the News of the World. However, I for one can never see Max Mosley again without the images of his flabby bum being whipped. His F1 future has to be very dubious, and his life will never be the same again. Silly sod, why employ prostitutes, why not just use the imagination and the trusty right hand?
I hear the News of the World are having a whip round for the money

News of the World would eagerly have identified him even if he'd been called Joe Shmoe.
I can't understand why is job should be at stake whiffy. He has done nothing illegal. Everybody involved was there voluntarilly. The prostitutes were paid handsomely.

This story was not in the public interest, and the NOTW's invasion of his privacy has rightly been shown to be just that - an invasion of his privacy.

A person's sexual preferences and sexual acts, subject to them not being illegal, should have no bearing on their job.

I for one could never understand all the bruhaha over Clinton receiving a blowie from that fat bird. So what.
