so the ''iron lady'' now has dementia,her daughter carol says the family are 'devestated'.....my how the wheels of time turn...thatcher and her policies devestated millions of families,now i know health issues are not to be trivialised but i for 1 have little or no sympathy for thatcher,i think she had dementia during the 80s,when she ruined this country....................

Im not old enough to remember thatchers britain, but could it be any worse than it is today? I know she was either liked or hated. Some prospered very nicely while others lost everything. Some would say she destroyed commUnities but on the other hand she seemed to run GB as a business and ended any state owned ventures that were not economically viable. Right or wrong I dont know.
But whats any different today. Labour is as conservitive as can be and do not help low paid people at all, unless you have kids or somthing. This country needs a strong minded new leader, but all the while we have this shower to choose from, it wont happen..
