How long will it be before his family is granted legal aid to enable them to sue on the grounds that he has been killed by 'friendly fire'?

Rauf, who is thought to be aged in his mid-20s and to hold both British and Pakistani citizenship, is wanted by West Midlands Police over the 2002 murder of his uncle.

Why was he allowed to hold both British and Pakistani citizenship?

They would have to prove beyond doubt that he was actually killed before they sought compensation. The BBC news report said it is notoriously difficult to prove either way as there are many fugitives who 'disappear' this way over there.
If innocents are killed while harbouring these terrorists on the Pakistan border what sympathy can they expect. These surgical strikes are proving very successful but still the UK government refuses to endorse them, For all we know Bin Laden could be the next casualty.
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha....live by the sword and die by the sword......lets hope bin laden meets allah soon........at the hands of a uk/us air strike.......
