The war against the Taleban is a war legally sanctioned by Parliament. If any British citizen actually fights for the Taleban against British and allied forces, then surely, as R1 Geezer states, they are committing treason and should be punished accordingly.

Anyone who fights against the British army (including our own citizens) need to be dealt with.

Today's Telegraph has a story about some people MI5 say are a threat to society and are subjects of a controlling order (cant leave their house etc).

Expelling from the coutnry is not good as they will continue theri activities there. If truly found guilty of treason then I dont see why not shot as suggested. Personally I would go for hung drawn and quartered, with the head on a spike at teh capitasl gates. I f they like death so much this shouldn't be a problem to them.

1. Confiscate his loaded AK47
2. Order individual to bend over
3. Insert his AK47 into extremely delicate part of his anatomy.
4. Carefully squeeze trigger until weapon is discharged.
5. Extract weapon and, ensuring barrel is free from any blockages caused by aforementioned discharge,move onto next individual, repeat process until all such individuals have cheered up and promise never to do such things again!
6. On return to UK, attend Buck House and have well-deserved honour bestowed upon you by Her Majesty!
