The government are to go ahead with the Limited Abilities Act. This will make it illegal for employers to discriminate against job seekers who don't have the required skills or knowledge for the position they are applying for. A DWP spokesman said that legislation was the only way to improve their employment prospects. Will this new law put the general public at risk from people who don't know what they're doing?

ive had many interview............still unsuccessful due to the fact i have no experience. Now that my knowledge and skills i learnt between 2003 - 2006 are probably out of date and no way they will employ me.
im stuck with this admin/customer service dead end job, not learnt a single new skill. ive learnt NOTHING at all. This job is even suitable for school leavers. I'm so peed off. how are you suppose to get the experience if you been studying for the past three years? ive wasted �20k on student loans.
