In a few days' time when they have sorted out the provisional ballots in Ohio (or Yohoho, as I think of it).
They'll tell us today that Bush has won, and then in a few days, even if the result shows any different, Bush will still have won...

how much did he lose by last time was it about half a million votes?

In 2000 Bush won by 4 votes.
Ohio has just declared for Bush. Bush has won the election. Source CNN.
Bush has won it but I reckon the Democrats will wait the 11 days it'll apparently take to count the Ohio provisional votes before they concede. To be honest Bush has got 3 million + more votes than Kerry across the whole country, so sadly we'll have to put up with him for another four years... well we don't have to exactly but you know what I mean.

When did Blair agree to relocate the Black Watch soldiers (without debate)?  That was the moment Kerry lost.  Some Americans in swing states (Ohio, Florida being the important ones) thought they were not alone.  History will damn this period of time.

Sadly Kerry has conceded.  Damn, I do thing the rest of the world should be allowed some say in this.
Many of us from the US  wish that we were allowed some say in this.  Many, many people can't stand Bush. Conspiracy theory  - some very dirty tricks went on, but we haven't heard about them yet. The vigorous free press lost interest and went back to the Peterson trial..
