Leicester, which is home to some 280,000 people of Indian origin, is likely to become the first British city where the native white population will be reduced to a minority by 2015.

If that figure of 92% is correct rov it is probably one of the schools in the Belgrave area which is the main area of Leicester where the Asian population live.It wouldn't be surprising for the schools there to have a majority of Asian pupils.
