She is clearly heard on the street interview asking about immigration from Eastern Europe. Which she is perfectly entitled to do without being called a bigot.

This is a terrible gaffe by Brown and the timing, the day before the final debate is disastrous for Labour.

It clearly calls into question his judgement (the women was convinced and said she would vote Labour) and it also calls into question, what Brown says in public and what he is really thinking are not the same.

Who will benefit most from this mistake, Cameron or Clegg?
I've just heard the soundbite on Jeremy Vine and she was challenging him about the amount of eastern european immigrants.

TBH playback of his reaction to that was out of order - it was a secret recording, surely thats illegal? The guys entitled to voice an opinion off the record, PM or not.
^ just heard he left his mic on - still the broadcasters chose to play it.
It wasn't his mic.

He chose to wear a broadcaster's radio microphone for his own advantage and then left with it still transmitting.

Hoist with his own petard.

"This is a terrible gaffe by Brown and the timing, the day before the final debate is disastrous for Labour." - spot on

"It clearly calls into question his judgement (the women was convinced and said she would vote Labour) and it also calls into question, what Brown says in public and what he is really thinking are not the same." - spot on again - Brown also seems unlucky, incompetent and not very nice (esp. when added to his reputation for bullying at work)

Who will benefit most from this mistake, Cameron or Clegg ? - both will marginally benefit, but hard to say who will benefit most from this mistake without doing proper constituency by constituency research, but I would guess Clegg probably
