What do you think of the way the News Of The World entraps celebrities, such as snooker's John Higgins and now the Duchess Of York? Do you think it's unfair, or do you think these celebs are fair game and deserve such exposure?

Entrapment is difficult because the crime may not have taken place had someone not acted as an agent provocateur.

Someone for example might spend their entire life honest as the day is long but when faced with overwhelming temptation give in.

Example you have a sick child needing expensive medical treatment you'd not rob a bank but if someone approached you and suggested you help defraud an insurance company - you might - then they turn out to be police

This is why entrapment is difficult

In this case they were alerted to her behaviour by someone she had approached for a similar deal. This does put a different colour on the matter.

Do you think the Duchess was under the influence during this interview? She was making some funny gestures and kept repeating herself.

If Prince Andrew was not part of this scam,and there is nothing to say he is, how can she ask for money to ensure the person who paid the money, was guaranteed access to the Prince?

I have just watched the videos of the transaction on the NOTW site. This may be irrelevant to the question but the way she speaks and confuses her sentences I think she is p1ssed (note the wine bottle on the table).
