Well I prefer to hear the opinions of the members on this site. I mean fair enough if it's the answer to a simple question which can and should be googled, but I do like to hear what others have to say on the matter.

not everyone has the hang of googling. If I can find an answer with a simple google, I may point it out, but sometimes I won't, I'll just post the link to the answer

This site is called Answer bank – I assume it was set up partly to provide answers to questions.
To some people they use to use AB as a search engine – Imagine if you typed a question into Bing or Yahoo and you got the response don’t be lazy type it into Google
People get pleasure helping others –if you think the question is beneath you or you don’t want to help simply don’t answer the question .
Not every one is an Oxford scholar

So lets do away with AnswerBank altogether, as I'm sure the answer to nearly every question asked can be found by googling.

Maybe, just maybe, some people enjoy the social aspect of answerBank and also to read other people views on a subject, I know I do.
