Is something wrong here, shouldn't it be France bribing the asylum seekers and illegal immigrants to return home, after all they are on French soil?

It sounds a good idea in theory But won't it encourage more asylum seekers to get to Calais knowing they don't even have to cross the channel to get their reward?

The problem just shows up the inadequacies of the human rights legislation which favours the scumbags over our resident population.

I always think back to the way the Israelis handled that British illegal entrant. Within days and without a prosecution or trial they took him up in a plane and opened the cargo door over the sea.

We claim that we never pay ransom money as it only encourages more hostage taking and yet by paying illegal immigrants to go home we are are doing a similar thing and have been doing so since 2007. What is to stop would be immigrants coming back again and again ? I doubt if there is any check and even if ther were they only have to assume another name each time to pick up the money.

Pictures like the one in the link really get up my nose. These people will arrive here and suckle from our teats. Even if they are deported (and it is a big if) they will soon be back.

It really irritates me that we have a system whereby these people will pass through any number of safe countries in order to get to the UK because they know we will look after them.

Its bad enough that we have to pay a ridiculous amount of taxes in order to keep our own workshy lazy to s sers on their fat a r ses, but doling out money and houses to these people as well just adds insult ot injury.
