Morning all nice here today but don't let the clouds come this way as I have just put washer on. Went out for lunch yesterday abd broke my diet so it's back to healthy eating but done well lost 11lbs in 4 weeks aiming to lose 2 stone in all before my birthday end of oct. Thats the gaol I have given myself.Have a nice day all.

No Boxtops just cutting out all the crap lol .I swear by unsweetened grapefruit juice every morning. Used to go weightwatchers years ago so I am just eating lots of fish and chicken meals thats why I had a big jucy steak yesterday and a large icecream with caramel bits in it so its back to healthy eating

Definitely well done wendilla. I love grapefruit juice but I'm not allowed it, now I'm on a statin for cholesterol.... Bread - and biscuits - are my downfall.
