Cooking In The Oven

I would like to cook a Beef Sizzler steak in the Oven ~ was thinking of dressing it and put in foil but do not know for how long to cook it?

I do not want to fry or grill.

Aren't sizzle steaks very thin?  I really wouldn't cook it in the oven but if you must not more than five or six minutes in a very hot oven

You just have to sear it first

Out of curiosity, why are frying and grilling a no-no?
