Morning bet. It's going to be inside. A Hyacinth Bucket Outdoors Indoors event :-)
I usually do the washing up as well as the cooking and Mrs wbm does the drying up. Today our gorgeous D-I-L will pour me a large whiskey, she will pour herself a red wine and tell hubby and son to sort the washing up between them. and they will! :-)
sounds like my idea of heaven Wbm,, I'm back over my daughters today helping her to move,,, "how do people collect such a load of rubbish" which has to be recycled but when we ordered chips we couldn't find a fork for love nor money so used the old fashioned implements,,, "fingers" mmmmmmmmmmmm delicious ,, I think it was me that packed em but I'm not admitting to it..
bet - the thought of moving home makes me shudder. I wouldn't know a removal man if I fell over one. Your daughter would not have blamed you - after all you were the unhired help?
it works a treat ttfn☺ Well worth teaching him. When he was small (he's 18 now) he would present himself at the kitchen door and say "Number two chef reporting for duty." He wouldn't come into the kitchen until I told him to.
The best implements going bet! invented long before forks. Can't beat it. Do you remember six penorth of chips with salt and vinegar, wrapped in yesterdays newspaper and eating them as you walked down the road? Majik!!
How we have done it I dont know TTFN.. just 4 days to pack.. move,, and set up in the new house,, at 9oclock last night they still hadn't got the beds up!!! but they are young and the grandchildren thought it a great adventure... Like you I aint moving anywhere ever again ha ha
I hope the great cutlery hunt would have found its treasure by now bet. I do have an old wicker picnic basket so if I ever moved that would go in the car with the coffee pot and kettle along with the contents of the drinks cupboard! I am nothing if not organised.
